With members from all corners of the vintage rock & roll scene, Los Torontos are a sort of rock’n’roll supergroup. Influenced by late 50’s & early 60’s sounds, their style merges rock’n’roll, frat rock, rhythm & blues and garage rock. Agustí Burriel (Velvet Candles) sings and plays rhythm guitar, Spencer Evoy (MFC Chicken) sings and plays sax, El Lega (Legacaster) is the lead guitarist, Javier R. Cortés (Los Locos del Oeste) plays bass and Berto Martínez (The Kabooms) is on drums. Influenced by the likes of Don & Dewey, The Wailers, The Kingsmen, Sam The Sham, Chuck Berry & Little Richard, they’ve brought their high energy brand of party music all over Europe over the last 4 years, playing in festivals such as Sjock (BG), Azkena (SP), Rhythm Riot (UK) and Bethune (FR). They’ve also backed international artists like Barrence Whitfield and Deke Dickerson. In 2022 they made their first trip to USA, appearing in the Viva Las Vegas Festival, and presented their first LP: Los Torontos Say Hello!
